When we embarked on this journey, our vision was clear: to make Human Design accessible to as many people as possible. With that in mind, we set our pricing at a level we believed would allow a large number of members to join and benefit. However, as with all journeys, sometimes the path reveals lessons we hadn’t anticipated. We’ve come to realize that while many have embraced our platform, the majority have chosen the non-paying route. This has posed challenges in sustaining the platform.

We’ve always prioritized quality above all. To ensure you receive the most precise and dependable responses, we chose to use ChatGPT-4, despite it being more expensive than its predecessor, GPT-3.5. While GPT-3.5 is more affordable, ChatGPT-4’s superior accuracy and reliability align with our commitment to excellence. To give you a clearer picture: we incur a cost as much as $0.12 for every 1,000 tokens processed using ChatGPT-4. This translates to an average cost of as much as $0.36 for each question processed on our platform. Here’s the official pricing info from OpenAI.

As you can imagine with 100’s of new signups every single day, it’s understandable how quickly the cost of this adds up. To be honest, I’ve been losing sleep thinking about it!

To ensure that we can continue to offer you the transformative experiences and improvements you deserve, we’ve made the decision to adjust our pricing structure for new paid members and reduce the number of tokens allocated to non-paying members. Of course, we’ll honor our existing pricing for current members and those that take advantage of our limited time lifetime special, but moving forward we’ll introduce a more sustainable pricing structure. Please know that this decision wasn’t made lightly. It’s a necessary step to ensure the longevity and enhancement of the platform you’ve come to love.

We understand that change can be daunting, but we’re committed to making this transition as smooth as possible for you. Over the next few weeks, we’ll be sharing more details about the new pricing and the added benefits it will bring.
